Since the beginning of the pandemic, Asians and Asian Americans in the U.S. have been disproportionately scapegoated for COVID-19. On campus, Asians and Asian Americans are treated no differently.
CAP Team Members, Denis Mac, Hana Kitamura, Karen He, Trisha Willie, and Angelica Boaquina developed an infographic highlighting the rise of anti-Asian violence we see and experience today. Their project helped them to better understand USC’s campus culture and make recommendations for a safer and more inclusive campus for Asians and Asian Americans.
